Why a R.A.B.S. ?

• To shield the product from the environment;
• To protect operators and the environment from the product;
• To maintain an ISO5 environment inside the unit;
• To control the temperature during the process, when necessary;
• To establish proper pressure cascade;
• To allow for confined decontamination, where necessary.
• When applicable, better value and more flexibility than an Isolator.

Characteristic include:

• Doors are sealed with inflatable gaskets;
• Doors are made of thick security glass;
• All surfaces exposed to product or sanitizers are AISI 316L S/S;
• CFR21 Part11 compliance available;
• The cRAB is controlled by a PLC connected to a touch screen HMI;
• All process parameters are controlled and monitored;
• RTPs are available with the following diameters: 190mm, 270mm and 350mm;
• One piece gloves are incorporated in to the design for aseptic applications;
• Better than Ra=0.5µm finish inside, outside finish Ra=1.6µm;
• Gaskets are made of silicon or Viton;
• Transparent components are made of shock resistant glass.
