ISOLATORS & LAMINAR FLOW UNITS

    Steriline's team of experienced engineers has developed isolators for the pharmaceutical industry. 

    Steriline isolators are equipped with VHP generators to perform the isolator sterilization.  During operation, air will flow from the top of the isolator, uniformly over the process area.  Each isolator is equipped with fans and HEPA filters over the top to supply new air and to filtrate the exhaust air.  A double (false) wall located opposite of the access points is used for return air.

    Pipes are installed in easily accessible areas to allow for easy execution of HEPA filter integrity testing.

    Each corner in the isolator is round in shape to allow for easy cleaning.

    A user-friendly touch screen HMI provides an easy to use interface between the operator and the isolators PLC. All the cycles are carried out automatically by the PLC. Production modes, a reduced mode and a VHP sterilization mode are available for high performance cycles and reduced power consumption when not in use.

    As with all Steriline equipment, these Isolators re manufactured in accordance to cGMP standards with a range of materials to suit each customers needs.
